Mom & Me (Parent & Tot class): 18-36 months

This is a playful parent and tot class centered around age appropriate developmental movements. Additional benefits include the opportunity to socialize with other children of the same age, learn to share, and follow simple instructions. Instructors teach the parents to help their children use gymnastics equipment safely and effectively.

Cost is $40 a month (We do have an annual registration fee of $40)

Tiny Tot (Preschool) 3-4 years

No parents needed here. This is a more physically challenging class that teaches skills that give the children stronger bodies and sharper minds as well as a clear understanding of their bodies' capabilities and limitations. The class emphasizes fundamental gymnastics positions and skills on all gymnastics apparatus.

Cost is $45 a month (We do have an annual registration fee of $40)
