Girls & Boys Recreational
Girls Gymnastics:
The program is structured so that gymnasts are rewarded as they progress through various skill levels. When certain skills are learned, your child will be invited to move up to the next class.
Girls Beginning (Level 1) age 5-7
These classes include instruction of all Olympic events. Emphasis is on building basic skills, strength, and flexibility. This class is for new gymnasts or for those who are a little rusty. This class is one day a week for 55 minutes.
Cost is $50 a month (We do have an annual registration fee of $40)

This class is for those who have completed our beginner program or for those who have some gymnastics experience. This class is one day a week for 55 minutes.

Girls Advanced (Level 3)
For girls who have completed our Intermediate program. This class is once a week for 90 minutes.

Girls Level 4 Rec
For girls who would like to continue their progression in gymnastics but aren't interested in competing. This class is once a week for 2 hours.

Boys Gymnastics
We have some co-ed classes for the younger children. We also offer boys only classes that emphasize building basic skills, strength and flexibility. The classes offer instruction on most of the men's Olympic equipment.

We offer a pre-competitive program that prepares children physically and mentally for future participation in competitive gymnastics.

Pre Team (Level 3)
For girls who have successfully completed our first two levels in our gymnastics program and have a serious desire to compete. This is a 2 hour class twice a week.
