Girls Competitive Program

Competitive gymnastics is offered for those who have successfully completed the pre-competitive skills and express the desire to test their abilities through competition. This program is available by invitation only to students who demonstrate the physical and psychological readiness for more advanced training.
We offer competitive gymnastics that includes Level 4 through Level 10.

Girls Pre-Competitive Program (by invitation only)

We offer a pre-competitive program that prepares children physically and mentally for future participation in competitive gymnastics.

USA Gold Level 3

This is a class for gymnasts age 8-13. This is a pre-competitive class with an emphasis on training the USA Gymnastics Level 3 & 4 program. This class meets two times per week for 2 hours.

Super Kids

This is a 90 minute class once a week that is designed for gymnasts age 5-8. This is a progressive class that is focused on working towards future competitions and demonstrations.
